Job summary

Chin Hin Group Berhad in Johor is seeking a Sales Executive for building materials and concrete pipes to expand our Singapore client base. You will develop sales strategies, present products, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, Mandarin fluency preferred, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pipe/Construction industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in Singapore through regular visits, calls, and emails.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends, providing insights for sales planning and strategy development.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions and product recommendations to meet their specific demands.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
