Pathgreen Energy in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Executive - Solar PV to join our expanding team and drive growth in the renewable energy sector. You will generate and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and present Solar PV solutions to meet customer needs.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–3 years of sales experience as an advantage. Travel to customer sites is expected, and uncapped commissions with KPI-based allowances reward performance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcomed to apply with a strong interest in sales.
• 1-3 years of sales experience is advantageous.
• Experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, electrical, construction, property, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and contribute to the expansion of our Solar PV business.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, business development, customer engagement, and renewable energy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and develop new business opportunities and manage sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Solar PV solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
• Handle negotiations and drive opportunities towards successful closing.
• Achieve assigned sales and cash collection targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.

WHAT WE OFFER

KPI Allowance: Up to RM3,500/month, based on cash collection performance

REQUIREMENTS
