Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a large-scale industrial solar solutions provider based in Shah Alam, Selangor, seeking a Sales Executive to promote solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. The role covers identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving proposals through to installation.

You will conduct site visits, present compelling proposals, and collaborate with technical and project teams to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
• Proven sales, business development experience; renewable energy or construction is a plus.
• Strong interest in solar energy and ESG values.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented; willing to travel for client meetings/site visits.
• Own transport required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell solar energy systems and related products to residential and commercial customers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, present proposals, and provide consultations on solar solutions.
• Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction from proposal to installation.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field — experience in renewable energy or construction is an advantage.
• Strong interest in solar energy and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) values.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings or site visits.
• Possess own transport.

Working Hours & Days: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
