Job summary

AGENSI Pekerjaan Trust Recruit Sdn Bhd, Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an on-site Sales Executive with at least 1 year in sales to drive revenue for products, systems and solutions. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and tenders, and coordinate deliveries while building strong customer relationships.

The role involves meeting annual targets, visiting clients, and supporting the Sales Manager with related tasks. On-site presence and g ood communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience requested.
• On-site work capability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales and marketing of products, systems and solutions.
• Respond to sales enquiries and prepare quotations and tender documents.
• Meet customer requirements through service deliveries and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants and contractors.
• Assist Sales Manager on sales-related tasks.
• Visit potential customers' sites and offices for new business.
• Provide quotations, designs, and company brochures.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and prepare credit documents.
• Follow up on credit and cash payments per terms.
• Coordinate order deliveries with batching plants and customers.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering

Job description

Working Hours: Mon - Fri , 9:00am - 6:00pm & Sat , 9:00am - 1:00pm

At-least 1 year experienced in sales

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales & marketing of products, system and solution.
• Response to all sales enquiries and prepare for the quotation and tender documents.
• Responsible for meeting customer requirements through service deliveries, establishing customers and identifying potential business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers, end users, M&E consultants and contractors.
• Responsible to meet yearly target to achieve KPI.
• To assist the Sales Manager for any assignment related to Company sales and business task.
• Visit potential customer’s job site and their office for new business
• Provide customers with Quotation, mix designs, Company Brochure etc
• Negotiate the terms of an Sales Agreement and to cater the necessary credit documents to close sales
• Gather market and customer/s information and provide feedback on buying trends
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• To follow up closely on credit and cash customer’s payment in accordance to the terms and credit limit grant
• Review the weekly and monthly sales & marketing report
• To co-ordinate the order delivery with batching plant and customers and to date customers accordingly
• To deliver the sale invoices and any other documents to customers when necessary
• Any duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma holder or Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At-least 1 year experience in sales
• At-least at Diploma Level
• Might consider SPM entry-levels but with only experience
• Able to handle customers on-site
• Able to be on-site
