Job summary

EPS Malaysia is hiring a sales professional in Selangor. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, closing deals, and providing after-sales support. You will also handle payments, plan outreach, present solutions, negotiate pricing, and explore new markets.

The position requires at least a diploma, fluency in Chinese and Malay, and willingness to travel within the region. Working hours are standard 5-day weeks with incentives and medical coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers to close sales deals.
• Offer after-sales support and handle enquiries and complaints; visit customers as needed.
• Assist and follow up on payment collection.
• Prepare action plans to search for new prospects.
• Conduct presentations, propose solutions, and negotiate pricing.
• Assist in planning sales strategies to meet annual targets.
• Identify new markets and opportunities.
• Perform site visits as required.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Location:

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationships with existing customers;
• 2. Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal;
• 3. Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem solution, provide advice / consultancy, attend enquiries, complaints and order by regular visits to maintain a good relationship;
• 4. Assist and follow-up payment collection;
• 5. Prepare action plans for effective search of new and prospects customers;
• 6. To conduct effective presentation, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing with customers;
• 7. To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan;
• 8. Identified new markets and business opportunities;
• 9. Perform site office/visit on assigned basic of needed;
• 10. Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management.
