Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Sales Admin for our Kuala Lumpur showroom. You will prepare quotations, process sales orders, coordinate stock and deliveries, and support order-to-cash activities with Finance and Customer Service teams.

We require a Diploma and at least two years in sales administration or showroom sales, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems. The role offers a permanent position with a base salary up to RM7,000 monthly, plus commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in sales administration, sales operations, order processing, customer service or showroom sales would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM, ERP or order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate stock availability, deliveries and order fulfilment with warehouse, logistics and operations teams.
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Service and other internal departments to support smooth order-to-cash processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer information and sales documentation.
• Welcome and assist walk‑in customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to support showroom sales conversion.
• Manage dealer accounts and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Monitor outstanding operational matters and resolve order, delivery and customer-service issues.
• Ensure the showroom maintains professional presentation and high customer-service standards.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:30am - 7pm), Saturday (9:30am - 2pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to RM7,000 Monthly Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
