Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a Sales Executive for our Seri Kembangan HQ. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Salary is RM3,300–RM3,500 per month plus commission.

Role is very urgent with 5 days work week, 8:30am–5pm, and 14 annual leaves. Reporting to Sales Manager, team size is 6, company size around 200. Location is HQ Seri Kembangan in Selangor with medical insurance, transportation allowance, and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent education.
• Interest in sales and customer service.
• Comfort with bilingual communication (Chinese and Malay).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent services and establish long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure follow-up with customers to close sales deals.
• Provide post-sale support including problem resolution and advisory services.
• Assist and follow up on payment collection.
• Prepare action plans to prospect new customers.
• Conduct effective presentations and negotiate pricing.
• Assist in planning sales strategy to achieve annual targets.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Attend site visits as needed and undertake ad-hoc projects.

How urgent is the Role: Very Urgent

Location: 1 for HQ (Seri Kembangan)

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationships with existing customers;
2. 2. Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal;
3. 3. Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem solution, provide advice / consultancy, attend enquiries, complaints and order by regular visits to maintain a good relationship;
4. 4. Assist and follow-up payment collection;
5. 5. Prepare action plans for effective search of new and prospects customers;
6. 6. To conduct effective presentation, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing with customers;
7. 7. To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan;
8. 8. Identified new markets and business opportunities;
9. 9. Perform site office/visit on assigned basic of needed;
10. 10. Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management.

Key Requirements

Good-to-have

• Northern market - own transport, mileage claim will be provided if travel outstation
• They will stay in the office - aware on the product (company product - portable toilet)
