Responsibilities include maintaining CRM data, forecasting activity, and driving lead qualification and contract renewals. English fluency and knowledge of the ANZ market are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Sell renewals/services and manage territory to hit revenue quota
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts
• Master product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client needs
• Address customer concerns and obstacles to satisfaction or usage
• Handle objections to retain customers or win new business
• Manage high volume of outbound calls and emails
• Collaborate with team and Sales Manager to deliver professional customer experiences
• Maintain CRM to ensure data integrity
• Lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals as part of sales motions
• Report to Sales Manager and work with team
