Responsibilities

• Sell renewals and services within a dedicated territory to meet revenue quotas.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Maintain mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
• Address customer concerns and roadblocks to ensure satisfaction and product usage.
• Manage competitive pressures and objections to retain customers or win new business.
• Handle high volume outbound calls and emails daily.
• Collaborate with team and report to Sales Manager.
• Maintain CRM to ensure data capture.
• Lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renewals as part of sales motions.
• Work with team to deliver a professional customer experience.
