Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Specialist, Customer Acquisition (English Speaker- ANZ Market) in Kuala Lumpur to drive value and expand contracts through proactive customer engagement. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, product knowledge, and strategic sales actions to renew or win customers.

You will forecast activity, manage CRM data, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve targets while delivering excellent customer experiences across the ANZ region.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and renewal of contracts.
• Ability to articulate value of products to customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast.
• Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
• Initiate steps to help customer concerns hindering satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers.
• Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, mainly outbound.
• Collaborate with team and management to deliver professional customer experiences.
• Maintain the CRM to ensure data is captured accurately.
• Undertake sales motions like lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, or renewing contracts.
• Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager.
