Job summary

CNX in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate, Sales Development (Advisor) for SEA English to drive renewals and new bookings. You will manage high-volume outbound contacts by phone and email, articulate the value of our products, and work within a dedicated team to hit revenue targets.

You will maintain the CRM with accurate data, forecast weekly/monthly results, and report to a Sales Manager, coordinating with teammates to deliver a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell renewals/services and identify up-sell opportunities
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast
• Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements
• Address customer concerns and roadblocks to satisfaction
• Handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
• Maintain high-volume outbound communications via phone and email
• Collaborate with team and Sales Manager to ensure professional customer interactions
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness
• Lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals
• Work with a team and report to a Sales Manager
