Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Associate, Sales Development for SEA English to engage customers, drive renewals, and manage outbound conversations. You will articulate product value, maintain CRM data, and work within a dedicated team to meet revenue targets.

The role requires strong communication, English and Malay language skills, and a full-time on-site schedule in Kuala Lumpur. You will report to a Sales Manager and collaborate with your team to deliver a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer engagement skills required.
• Experience in outbound sales and renewing contracts is preferred.
• Ability to forecast and manage sales activity.
• Proficient with CRM systems for data capture and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain a high volume of outbound customer contacts via phone and email.
• Explain value propositions and support contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and team to meet revenue quotas.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular forecasts.
