RFS Hydraulics Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an administrative/order-processing professional. You will manage orders, coordinate with sales, logistics and credit control, prepare shipping documents, and respond to inquiries to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative role and data entry

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering activity with accurate data entry and processing
• Answer questions on order status, shipment schedules and product information

• Maintain records of orders and generate monthly sales reports
• Provide clients with accurate quotations via email
• Handle inquiries by phone and email and assist sales from end to end
• Ensure high level of customer experience with sales and after-sales support

Join our team at RFS Hydraulics Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Chuan Kok Hardware Pte Ltd and located in KL . We are currently hiring for positions based in Bangsar,KL.

Job Description

Managing the ordering activity including timely and accurate entry and processing of all orders received.

Answering questions about order status, shipment schedules, and product information to ensure smooth order preparation.

Prepare shipping documents. (e.g. invoices, inventory list, packing list) to logistic department.

Checking the accuracy of orders, issuing invoices and delivery order.

Maintain records of orders from clients.

Establish communications between customers and executives.

Organize documents and reports.

Provide clients with accurate quotation via email for their respective product requirements.

Handle incoming calls and email of inquiries.

Assisting sales by processing sales order and monitoring the process from end to end.

Handling client enquiries by providing them with reliable advice and solutions.

Ensure high level of customer experience through excellent sales and after sales support.

Building and maintaining quality relationships with clients.

Record, generate and analyze monthly sales reports to ensure accurate data.

Job Requirements

Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Business Administration/Management or any related fields.

Experience in administrative role and good with data entry.

Excellent communication skills, able to work across departments and be the liaison point between sales, customers, logistics, credit control.

Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment.

Fast learner, quick to learn up new processes and systems.
