Job summary

Lein Hing Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable administrator with supervisory experience to lead the admin team and ensure smooth daily operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage sales orders, coordinate cross‑functionally, and maintain accurate records to support timely deliveries.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales or administration, with strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Bilingual Malay and English is essential; Chinese is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Diploma or SPM with 2–3 years of experience in sales or administration.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred and beneficial.
• Proficiency in Malay and English; Chinese a plus.

Supervise and guide the administration team to ensure smooth daily operations

Manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams on order fulfillment

Monitor sales documentation including quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and contracts

Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales data in the system

Prepare reports related to CNs, claims, and account activities when required.

Assist with basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks when required.

Requirement:

Minimum SPM/Diploma, 2–3 years of experience in sales or administration, with supervisory experience preferred

Languages: Malay and English, Chinese is advantage

Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Excellent knowledge in using software
