Job summary

RFS Hydraulics Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur-based hydraulics distributor, is seeking a Sales Administrator to support order processing and customer liaison in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage order entry, respond to status and shipping inquiries, and prepare shipping documents while coordinating with sales, logistics, and credit control to ensure smooth operations. Diploma holders with strong data entry and communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders in Business Admin/Management or related fields.
• Experience in administrative role and data entry.
• Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills.
• Capable of working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
• Quick to learn new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering activity with timely and accurate entry and processing of orders.
• Answer inquiries on order status, shipment schedules and product information.
• Prepare shipping documents (invoices, inventory lists, packing lists) for logistics.
• Check order accuracy, issue invoices and delivery orders.
• Maintain records of orders from clients.
• Establish communications between customers and executives.
• Organize documents and reports.
