Job summary

Tekmark Group, the regional authorised distributor of PUDU Robotics in Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines, is expanding its sales team across Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Johor. We are seeking motivated B2B sales professionals who enjoy developing new customers and markets.

No robotics or engineering experience is required as full product and application training will be provided. Travel within the territory will be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or solution sales.
• Candidates without a technical or engineering background are welcome.
• Experience in related equipment is a plus.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage for supporting Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across factories, warehouses, hospitals, malls, hotels and commercial facilities.
• Build your sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and customer visits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable robotic solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on opportunities until closing.
• Build strong customer and business-partner relationships.
• Maintain sales records, customer information and forecasts.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows and marketing activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
