Job summary

TEKMARK SDN BHD is seeking a Business to Business Sales Executive in Penang to grow our robotics solutions portfolio. If you enjoy meeting customers, hunting new business, and closing deals, you will join a fast-moving technology business with a hybrid work model.

You will build a pipeline, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful robotics deployments. This role suits a proactive seller with 2+ years in B2B sales and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, account management or solution sales experience.
• Non-technical candidates welcome — training provided.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and develop new B2B customers and sales opportunities.
• Build your pipeline through prospecting, networking and visits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend robotic solutions.
• Conduct product demos and site visits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up to close.
• Build strong customer and partner relationships and work with internal teams to deliver solutions.
