Job summary

TEKMARK SDN BHD is expanding its robotics sales team in Malaysia, seeking proactive professionals to hunt and close new B2B opportunities. You will build a robust pipeline through prospecting, referrals and customer visits, and tailor robotics solutions to client needs.

You will present products, deliver demos, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployments, supported by training for non-technical candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, account management, or solution sales.
• Non-technical candidates are welcome with product and application training provided.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or facility-related sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and develop new B2B customers and sales opportunities.
• Build pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and visits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend robotic solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demos and site visits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up to close opportunities.
• Build strong customer and partner relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
