Job summary

Pudu Robotics is seeking a Remote Sales Manager based in Malaysia to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with local distributors in the Industrial & Logistics sector.

You will identify new business opportunities, present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and provide market insights to shape our regional sales strategy. This is a contract role requiring strategic thinking and hands-on sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Based in Malaysia with the legal right to work locally.
• 3–5+ years of B2B sales in automation, logistics, robotics, or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Existing customer network in industrial/logistics sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage local distributors to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Provide market insights and competitive feedback to support strategy.
