Job summary

DTL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Batu Pahat Mall is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, ensure timely store openings and launches, and coordinate with the Brand Store Executive.

Responsibilities include coaching promoters, implementing store enhancements for a better customer experience, and preparing proposals and reports for meetings. Willingness to work 6 days per week and strong multilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher with 2 years in retail preferred.
• Store manager experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Willing to work 6 days per week as per outlet schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations of Batu Pahat stores.
• Conduct store assessments and meetings with promoters; follow up on improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with Brand Store Executive.
• Ensure store activities/openings/launches follow timelines.
• Propose store enhancement initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Coach and provide customer service training for promoters on the ground.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues raised by Brand Store Executive and HQ.
• Ensure store planogram compliance and effective communications.
• Capture best practices across stores and prepare proposals/reports for meetings.
• Monitor and support activities contributing to sales performance.
