The role requires strong communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin, with at least 2 years in retail and SPM or higher. A dynamic, team-focused environment offers growth and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and above with 2 years in retail.
• Experience as store manager encouraged.
• Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations.
• Conduct store assessments and meetings with promoters; implement action plans.
• Maintain effective communication with Brand Store Executive.
• Ensure store activities, openings, launches are aligned with timelines.
• Propose store enhancement initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Coach promoters on customer service.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues raised by Brand Store Executive and HQ.
• Ensure planograms and store correspondences follow guidelines.
• Capture best practices across stores and brainstorm enhancements.
• Prepare proposals and reports for meetings.
• Monitor and support activities contributing to sales performance.
