Ideal candidates have 2 years in retail (mobile/electronics), strong English/Malay/Mandarin skills, and are prepared to work six days per week based on outlet schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, preferably mobile/consumer electronics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Willingness to work six days per week according to outlet schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and store activities.
• Conduct store assessments and meetings with promoters; implement improvement plans.
• Maintain productive communication with Brand Store Executive.
• Ensure opening/launch timelines are followed.
• Propose store enhancements to improve customer experience.
• Coach promoters with customer service training.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues raised by Brand Store Executive and HQ.
• Ensure planograms and store correspondence follow guidelines.
• Capture best practices across stores and brainstorm enhancements.
• Prepare proposals and reports for meetings.
• Monitor and support activities contributing to sales performance.
