Job summary

DTL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated retail operations professional to oversee store daily activities, coordinate assessments and promoter meetings, and ensure launches align with timelines.

You will coach promoters, resolve day-to-day issues with Brand Store Executive and HQ, and drive actions to improve customer experience and sales performance. Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Willing to work 6 days per week based on outlet schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations and ensure smooth running.
• Conduct store assessments and meetings with promoters; follow up with action plans.
• Maintain productive communication with Brand Store Executive.
• Ensure store activities opening/launches align with timelines.
• Propose store enhancement initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Coach and provide customer service training for promoters.
• Address day-to-day operational issues raised by Brand Store Executive and HQ.
• Ensure planograms and store correspondence are executed per guidelines.
• Capture best practices across stores and brainstorm enhancements.
• Prepare proposals and reports for meetings.
• Monitor and support activities contributing to sales performance.
