Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations.
• Conduct store assessments and follow up with promoters.
• Ensure timely store opening/launching aligned with schedule.
• Provide customer service training to promoters.
• Coordinate store planograms and guidelines.
• Prepare proposals and reports for meetings.
• Support sales performance across stores.
• Maintain communication with Brand Store Executive.
• Propose store enhancement initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues.
