DTL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Selangor to oversee daily operations, coordinate launches, and drive sales across outlets. You will lead promoter teams, ensure planograms compliance, and implement improvements for better customer experiences.

The role requires strong communication, multi-language abilities (English, Malay, Mandarin), and a willingness to work six days a week according to outlet schedules. Training and a dynamic environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and above with 2 years in retail.
• Experience as store manager is encouraged.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and store opening/closing.
• Conduct store assessments and hold promoter meetings with action plans.
• Maintain healthy communication with Brand Store Executive and HQ.
• Ensure store activities and launches follow timeline and guidelines.
• Propose store enhancement initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Coach and train promoters on customer service at ground level.
• Solve day-to-day operational issues raised by Brand Store Executive and HQ.
• Ensure planograms and store correspondences are followed.
• Capture best practices across stores and brainstorm enhancements.
• Prepare proposals and reports for meetings.
• Monitor and support activities that contribute to sales performance.
