Job summary

CARSOME is Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform. We are seeking a seasoned Retail Sales Manager to support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets across the Klang region.

You will build consultative relationships, enhance the customer experience, and lead a high-performing sales team to drive growth and profitability. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a management / business development / sales in a leading e-commerce / automotive / retail company, ideally with P&L and / or performance responsibility.
• 3+ years of experience in leading sales teams in a dynamic environment.
• A strong track record of scaling and structuring full-scope sales organizations.
• Experience in dealing with external partners and B2C customers at all levels.
• Proven track record through above-average performance at individual and team level.
• A commercial mindset with excellent communication and sales skills.
• Strategic thinker who effectively uses data, logic, and instinct to identify problems, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop consultative relationships to keep customer experience at the forefront.
• Achieve district objectives by improving fixed operations customer experience, retention, and profitability.
• Facilitate daily huddles to address sales challenges and provide direction.
• Implement quarterly to daily strategies to achieve development, sales, and profitability goals.
• Evaluate customer experience using data to drive continuous improvements and loyalty.
• Provide framework and support for Retail Sales in vehicle sales management strategies.
• Execute operations to maximize acquisition and support of Retail Sales partners/customers.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver high-quality, sales-centric outcomes.
