CARSOME SDN BHD is hiring a Branch Manager to support the sales leadership in achieving targets across a key district. The role focuses on building consultative relationships, enhancing customer experiences, and driving profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead and develop the sales team, work with external partners, and implement strategies to improve customer retention and overall performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in management, business development or sales.
• 3+ years leading sales teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with P&L and performance management.
• Proven track record with external partners and B2C customers.
• Commercial mindset with strong communication and sales skills.
• Strategic thinker who uses data and insight to drive solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop consultative relationships to ensure customer experience is at the forefront of decisions.
• Improve the fixed operations customer experience, retention and profitability.
• Facilitate daily huddles to address challenges and provide direction.
• Implement quarterly/monthly/weekly strategies to achieve development, sales and profitability goals.
• Evaluate customer experience using data and observations to drive improvements.
• Provide framework and support for Retail Sales development and evaluation of strategies.
• Execute operation excellence to maximize acquisition and support of Retail Sales partners/customers.
• Provide clear leadership to motivate and develop the team to deliver sales-centric efforts.
