CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Manager to support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and driving customer-centric strategies across the district.

You will lead a dynamic sales team, implement strategic plans, and analyze data to improve profitability and customer experience. This permanent, full-time role is based in Malaysia, with a focus on expanding retail sales partnerships and delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a management / business development / sales role in a leading e-commerce / automotive / retail company.
• 3+ years of experience leading sales teams in dynamic environments.
• Proven track record of scaling and structuring full-scope sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop consultative relationships to keep the customer experience at the forefront of business decisions.
• Achieve district objectives by collaborating to improve customer experience, retention and profitability.
• Facilitate daily huddles to address sales challenges and provide direction.
• Implement quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily strategies to drive development, sales and profitability.
• Lead and develop the Retail Sales team to deliver high-quality, sales-centric efforts.
