CARSOME SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Branch Manager-level leader to drive sales and customer experience across our retail network. You will support the Branch Manager in achieving targets, building consultative customer relationships, and optimizing profitability.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced e-commerce/automotive environment, with a focus on data-driven decision making and collaboration with external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mgmt/sales in e-commerce/auto/retail.
• 3+ years leading sales teams in dynamic env.
• Proven track record of scaling sales orgs.
• Experience with external partners and B2C customers.
• Commercial mindset with strong communication skills.
• Strategic thinker using data and instincts.

Responsibilities

• Support branch manager to achieve sales targets.
• Develop consultative customer relationships to put the customer experience first.
• Improve fixed operations customer experience, retention and profitability.
• Lead daily huddles to understand sales challenges and provide direction/solutions.
• Implement quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily strategies to achieve development and profitability.
• Evaluate customer experience using data to drive continuous improvements and loyalty.
• Support development and evaluation of vehicle sales strategies and objectives.
