Job summary

CARSOME SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to support the Branch Manager and drive sales targets across the Negeri Sembilan region.

You will develop consultative customer relationships and lead sales teams to improve the customer experience, retention, and profitability for fixed operations.

Daily huddles, strategic initiatives, and data‑driven decisions will shape how we acquire partners, grow sales, and deliver outstanding service to every customer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management, business development, or sales in a leading e-commerce/automotive/retail company.
• 3+ years leading sales teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record scaling and structuring full-scope sales organizations.
• Experience with external partners and B2C customers at all levels.
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication and sales skills.
• Strategic thinker proficient in using data, logic, and instinct to identify problems and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to achieve sales targets.
• Develop consultative relationships to keep customer experience at the forefront.
• Improve fixed operations customer experience, retention and profitability.
• Lead daily huddle to address Sales team challenges and provide direction.
• Implement quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily strategies to achieve development and profitability goals.
• Evaluate customer experience using data and observations; drive improvements to build loyalty.
• Provide framework and support for Retail Sales in developing and evaluating vehicle sales strategies.
• Establish execution of operation excellence to maximize acquisition and support of Retail Sales partners/customers.
• Motivate and develop the team to deliver high quality, sales-centric efforts.
