Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd, Southeast Asia’s largest used-car platform, is seeking a proven sales leader to support the Branch Manager in achieving targets and building a high-performing retail sales team. You will drive customer-centric initiatives, optimize operations, and strengthen partner relationships across the Shah Alam district.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management or business development experience in ecommerce/retail
• 3+ years leading sales teams in dynamic environments
• Proven track record of scaling and structuring sales organizations
• Experience dealing with external partners and B2C customers
• Commercial mindset with strong communication and sales skills
• Strategic thinker using data and insights to solve problems

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets
• Develop consultative relationships to enhance customer experience
• Improve fixed operations customer experience, retention and profitability
• Lead daily huddles to address sales team challenges and provide guidance
• Execute quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily strategies to grow sales and profitability
• Assess customer experience with data and observations and drive improvements
• Support Retail Sales in vehicle sales management strategies and objectives
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality, sales-centric results
