Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Malaysia to deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers about products, and support store teams in achieving goals through promotions and events.

You will contribute to a positive team environment, rotate across departments, manage POS tasks, stock, pricing, and loyalty promotions, while maintaining store standards and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess at least SPM / O Level or above.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and able to operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using our service model.
• Support store team in promotions, events and sales goals.
• Learn and assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge, and stock room.
• Assist in POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns.
