Job summary

Responsibilities include POS operations, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and maintaining store standards. Candidates should be 18+, have 1–2 years of retail experience, and be fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate POS systems.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs service model.
• Educate customers about products and promotions; support store goals.
• Assist in departments like consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room.
• Support POS operations, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs and store cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with management to improve sales KPIs.
• Follow Asset Protection policies and inventory controls.
