Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver world-class service, educate customers about products, support store goals, and contribute to successful events and promotions.

You will work with a retail team across departments, handle POS, stock, and visual presentation; 1–2 years retail experience preferred, fluent English, and flexibility for shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate retail POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our service model.
• Proactively contribute to a positive team environment with open communication.
• Learn and assist in multiple store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness and recovery.
• Lead by example to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and compliance.
