Job summary

Crocs in Malaysia is seeking a retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily store operations. You will engage shoppers, learn product details, and assist across departments to uphold presentation and stock standards.

Responsibilities include using the POS system, stocking, pricing, and promoting Crocs loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, well-organized store. Shifts include nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Possess at least SPM / O Level or above.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Flexible to work on rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate a retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the CROCS CHARM service model.
• Proactively contribute to a positive team environment with suggestions and concerns.
• Learn and assist in store departments: consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty programs, cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Lead by example with store-management collaboration to improve key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Crocs asset protection, inventory control and compliance procedures.
