Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
• Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the CHARM service model.
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment with suggestions and concerns.
• Learn and assist in departments like consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness.
