Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess at least SPM / O Level or above.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and able to operate retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the CHARM service model.
• Proactively contribute to a positive team environment with ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Leads by example with Store Management to improve personal sales KPIs.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
