Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Email; able to operate POS.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the Crocs service model.
• Proactively contribute to an enjoyable team environment with ideas and concerns.
• Learn & assist in consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support store operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example with store management to improve personal sales performance.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
