Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• SPM / O Level or above.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, and email.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs' service model.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Assist in store operations: consumer service, product knowledge, placement, stock room.
• Support POS operations, stock replenishment, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead by example and support store management in KPIs.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
