Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and world-class service. You will educate customers on products, support promotions and events, and assist the store team in achieving company goals.

The role offers growth within a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to learn across departments and participate in store operations on a rotational shift basis.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least SPM / O Level or above.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Flexible to rotate shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs' CHARM model.
• Help create an enjoyable team environment with ideas and feedback.
• Learn and assist across departments: consumer service, product knowledge, stock, and presentation.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example to improve personal KPIs with sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and inventory controls.
