Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least SPM/O Level or above.
• 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate a retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment with ideas and feedback.
• Learn and assist in multiple store departments including customer service, product knowledge, placement, visuals, and stock.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and store recovery.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Management to improve personal KPIs.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies including inventory control and compliance.
