Job summary

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional store teams, optimize customer service, and implement SOPs and visual merchandising to maximize growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple mall kiosks and pop-up stores to achieve sales, profitability, and productivity targets.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase basket size and units per transaction (UIP).
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate frontline retail teams to deliver consultative customer service.
• Develop and implement SOPs, sales scripts, incentive programs, and operational best practices.
• Monitor store P&L, sales performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs to ensure sustainable growth.
• Enhance visual merchandising, product displays, and promotional activities to maximize customer engagement and sales conversion.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and wastage reduction, particularly for live plants and perishable products.
• Support business expansion by establishing scalable retail processes and ensuring successful opening and operation of new outlets.
