Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Area Manager/Outlet Manager (Hypermarket) to lead the transformation of retail outlets into premium hypermarkets. You will oversee store upgrades, merchandising, and systems enhancements while driving a premium customer experience across multiple outlets.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on execution, and the ability to coordinate across operations, merchandising, and marketing to deliver consistent premium standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably from premium hypermarket / supermarket environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially driven with good business acumen.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple outlets/projects simultaneously.

Requirements
