Job summary

Airbus Customer Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Repair Ordering Officer to execute day-to-day processing of Repair Orders, manage the KULROO inbox, and maintain MIS data accuracy. The role includes resolving blockages, updating aircraft data, and supporting training.

You will work with Flight Hour Services concepts, PBH support models, and ERP systems to ensure on-time deliveries and continuous improvement in RO workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or Aviation related fields.
• 2 years of experience in Aviation Supply Chain, Logistics, MRO, or Order Management.
• Clear understanding of repair ordering workflows, order blockage resolution, and goods receipt procedures.
• Familiarity with aircraft configuration tracking and aircraft component ageing data.
• Familiarity with Flight Hour Services (FHS) operational schemes or similar PBH support models.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems and operational reporting tools.
• Familiarity with visual management tools and daily operational steering frameworks (e.g., SQCDP dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Create and close Repair Orders on time to maintain fleet flow.
• Maintain and update performance tracking files to monitor workload and KPIs.
• Manage the KULROO inbox and provide prompt technical support within RO scope.
• Revise Repair Orders with Part Numbers, Serial Numbers, removal reasons, and ageing data.
• Ensure data processing and order alignment for ad-hoc tasks and projects.
• Perform routine RO Quality Control and regularizations for accuracy.
• Support training materials and onboarding for new staff.
