Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in any relevant field with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in Services/Supply Chain, logistics or material support.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and define processes; teamwork.
• Fluent English; SAP knowledge is desirable; MS IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer requirements and fulfil ADS contractual requirements.
• Liaise with RMAF, Local Warehouse and Hangar teams and stakeholders on order issues.
• Monitor inbound and outbound repair/spares shipments flow and status updates.
• Ensure logistics and customs clearance occur prior to shipment arrivals to avoid delays.
