Job summary

Airbus Customer Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Repair Specialist within the Flight Hours Services (FHS) team. You will act as the main point of contact for the operations desk to manage critical situations with Repair Suppliers, ensuring on-time, cost-effective, quality repairs and strong supplier relationships.

You will coordinate with suppliers, drive ramp-up, monitor performance to meet contractual obligations, and engage other Airbus functions for continuous improvement, while

Qualifications

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or relevant experience of 2 years in case of lower degree.
• 2 years in Aviation Industry (Purchasing, Component Repair, Supplier Management or Customer Service).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality repair services; challenge suppliers and drive continuous improvement.
• Organize regular calls/meetings to review repair status, backlogs and data reconciliation.
• Ensure suppliers meet technical standards, workscopes and certifications (EASA, FAA, CAAS).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and data quality in the system; uphold Airbus Values and Code of Conduct.
