Job summary

Airbus Customer Services Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya seeks a Repair Ordering Officer to manage day-to-day RO processing and MIS data updates. You will handle KULROO inbox requests, revise orders per customer needs, and support root-cause analysis and training activities within a PBH-style framework.

Ideal candidates have a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in aviation supply chain or related areas, with strong ERP and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Aviation Management or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in Aviation Supply Chain, Logistics, MRO, or Order Management.
• Clear understanding of repair ordering workflows, order blockage resolution, and goods receipt procedures.
• Familiarity with aircraft configuration tracking and aircraft component ageing data.
• Experience with Flight Hour Services (FHS) or PBH-like models and ERP/operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Create Repair Orders on time and close Blockages to maintain fleet flow within target window.
• Maintain and update operational tracking files for workload volumes and performance visibility.
• Manage the KULROO inbox, analyze requests, and provide prompt technical support.
• Revise Repair Orders per customer requirements, updating Part/Serial numbers and ageing data.
• Ensure data processing and order alignment for ad-hoc tasks, projects, and campaigns.
• Perform routine RO Quality Control and regularisations for system accuracy.
• Support training of new staff and subcontractors; assist automation initiatives.
