Airbus Customer Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Repair Ordering Officer to manage day-to-day RO processing, ROB closures, and MIS data updates. You will handle KULROO inbox requests, revise orders with accurate Part/Serial data, and support root-cause analysis for continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2 years of aviation supply chain experience, with ERP and reporting tools proficiency. Permanent, on-site position in Putrajaya.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• 2 years of experience in Aviation Supply Chain, Logistics, MRO, or Order Management.
• Clear understanding of repair ordering workflows, order blockage resolution, and goods receipt procedures.
• Familiarity with aircraft configuration tracking and aircraft component ageing data.
• Familiarity with Flight Hour Services (FHS) operational schemes or PBH support models.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems and operational reporting tools.
• Familiarity with visual management tools and daily operational steering frameworks (SQCDP dashboards).
• Awareness of compliance risks and acting with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure on-time creation of Repair Orders (RO) and closure of Repair Order Blockages (ROB).
• Maintain and update operational tracking files as the single source of truth.
• Manage the KULROO inbox and provide prompt technical support.
• Revise Repair Orders including Part Numbers, Serial Numbers, and ageing data.
• Ensure data processing and order alignment for ad-hoc tasks, projects, and campaigns.
• Perform monthly Repair Order Quality Control analyses.
• Contribute to training materials and documentation updates.
• Provide ROS data governance and root-cause analysis support.
• Assist training of newcomers and subcontractors; support automation efforts.
