Job summary

MCLEAN PLASTIC ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly driven Business Development/Marketing Executive to spearhead growth of the Plastic Division across the Central Region.

This remote, field-based role involves expanding B2B opportunities, conducting market research, and building strong customer relationships with factories and manufacturers. You will manage lead generation, quotations, and the end-to-end sales process, aiming to build a robust sales pipeline and monthly revenue targets

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or Marketing.
• Experience in Plastic, Packaging, Manufacturing, Industrial or Engineering-related industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for the Plastic Division.
• Identify, profile and map potential factories, manufacturers and industrial customers.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential B2B customers and generate leads.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to order confirmation and negotiate quotations.
• Establish and strengthen the company’s market presence within the Central Region.
