SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic B2B sales professional to identify and penetrate SME market segments within the region. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, develop quarterly territory plans, and monitor market trends to adjust strategies.

Qualifications

1–2 years in B2B sales targeting SME or Key Accounts.
Experience managing a geographic territory and understanding local business culture.
Hunter mentality with resilience and drive.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills; fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.
Ability to translate technical features into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in CRM, MS Office and data-driven sales tracking.
Willing to travel 50–70% within the region with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Identify and penetrate new SME market segments and key accounts.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
Develop monthly/quarterly territory plan to maximize market coverage.
Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and local economic shifts.
Act as trusted consultant for SME clients to help them scale with our products/services.
Maintain client retention and identify upsell opportunities.
Maintain meticulous records of all lead activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts to regional leadership.
